Ir-responsive branch and customer care

I had sent an application to get the password for my internet banking. And this has not happened. It has been more than a week (just considering the working days) Since I gave the application. And it has been impossible to reach the marathahalli branch. No one in the branch answers the phone and the same happens with the customer care number too. I am totally pissed off
