Unable to access e-banking

I am holding Axis Bank SB account no 430010100103176 at your C.R.Park branch. I had applied for e-banking Net Secure option through which I could access my account. Everytime I logged on, I had to de register from the computer and a new pin no was sent by SMS to my mobile phone which I had to feed in to access my account. Off late, for the past 3 months whenever I log on, after putting in my pass word the dial up box opens and asks for the pin no. Since no single pin was provided to me, I repeat the same procedure but no sms is sent to me. I have complained to the bank branch quite often but the problem is yet to be rectified. You are therefore requested to kindly take action on this matter so that I can have an access to my account on-line.
