Non-receipt of PIN No. of debit card

I have a salary account in Axis Bank in its Mumbai Branch. This account have been opened by my Firm. Though my account has been opened in June' and i have received the International Debit Card for the same alongwith my cheque book, but could not receive the PIN NO.for the same.

Due to which i am not able to use my Debit Card till date.

I have send my query to the bank, in its branch in Noida Sec-16, but could not get any positive response in this regard. I have also submitted a hand-written application in the above branch dated-03.07.10.
