DEDUCTION FROM SALARY A/C

This is to inform you that I am sajal das A/C holder of Durgapur Branch (a/c no-213010100130578), shaid Khudiram Sarani, City Centre, Durgapur -713216

On 26.06.2010 Rs 850/- & Rs. 87.55 has been debited from my A/C . It was a salary A/C till 30st May. Then I informed to change it savings A/C & I deposited Rs. 7000/- on 07.06.2010 . I confused about that how is it happened. I repeatedly visited & knocked at Durgapur branch regarding my problem but bank executives are not responding me infact I am not getting any proper solution that what I have to do?
