Fine without any rule

Dear Sir,

I, Hirak Kumar Chandra, am a customer of Axis Bank. My account details are given below. My account is in a particular scheme named 'Salary Power Privilege'. One of the main rules of this scheme is "No Minimum Balance Criteria", as they have stated in their website

The bank has cut off my balance twice by amount Rs. 750.00, with out any previous notification. I have given written application to the manager of the bank branch to show me the reasons to cut off my balance, two times dated 3.02.2011 and 10.02. but still the authority has not replied me.

In this circumstance if you take necessary steps I shall be thankful to you.
