I am holding Prepaid Gift Card of Axis Bank. It had a balance of Rs 1851.36 till 17/2, but on 19/2 Bank had migrated the Balance to " Account Migrated to YCS". Also, I have got a refund of Rs. 100 from IRCTC, which I am not able to see in my account. I have called to Bank call centre, but they are not aware of this transaction also have visited to the nearest branch and they are also not aware about the same.
