Consolidation charges

Dear Sir,

I have savings account with Axis Bank.my A/c no. is 266010100064178 & i have been charged Rs.900 including service tax as an consolidation charges besides maintaining the required quartely balance with the bank.

Sir, i need to know the way to retrive by balance back from the bank.
