NO WITHDRAWAL OF ONLINE IPO Via ASBA APPLICATION MADE

I had applied IPO PTC India Financial Ser. Ltd through Axis bank ASBA online system. The detail is as under:-

Now I have to cancel my application and withdraw the fun.

The online system of Axis Bank - ASBA is not working to withdrew the same.

Now what I should do? Please advice
