I have got a Debit Card from Axis Bank in month of March'11... but suddenly my PIN No. stopped working... due to which i consumed my cheque book to debit money from my account... i called up cust care they said "Sir You entering your PIN No. Wrongly, visit our branch with your PIN NO. envelope and enter in front of them". I visited the branch. branch ppl didnt even checked it and forward a request for duplicate PIN and to issue a new cheque book. 15 days past, nothing done, i got the email id of nodal office from internet and sent him the mail, but nothing is been done till yet, i am not able to debit money from my account just because of pathetic services of AXIS Bank. i think RBI should take action against the bank as there is hell lots of complaints against AXIS Bank...
