NON-RECEIPT OF CASH

Hi,

I have come accross ATM problem for the 1st time, on 2nd of July i Have used Axis Bank ATM and have punched my HDFC Debit Card for with drawing Rs.1- but their was some problem in ATM and i received only Rs.7200/- which i immediatly reported to Axis Bank & HDFC Bank. but almost 8 days have gone and they have not refunded the said amount... Plz advice and help!
