I am very old Clint to Axis Bank since last 10 years and request bank to improve the customer services.
i want company to take immediate action... and my cheque should not get reject due to signature mismatch if this is a issue of poor record keeping at bank..
recently some cheque rejected by this bank as my signature were correct... Today my cheque no 58457 returned unpaid to ICICI bank and now we have to pay penalty ..
Please note that yesterday I submitted my signature specimen there while applied to change my mobile no.
contracted Courier service of this branch is malfunctioning as some time they do not find the house to deliver the cheque book to our area .. we request axis bank to intervene in this issue...
