Failed Transaction but Rs.2000 debited from A/C

FAILED TRANSACTION BUT AMOUNT DEBITED

I am Tarun Kanti Bose and on 15th January I tried to withdraw Rs. 2000 from Axis Bank ATM at Keshavpuram/Lawrence Road, New Delhi-110035. The transaction failed and a slip came out from the ATM machine saying ‘Unable to process, Failed transaction’

So I left for the nearby State Bank of India ATM at Keshavpuram/Lawrence Road, New Delhi-110035 and withdrew Rs. 2000. When logged in my iconnect account to check my account transaction details. I found that Rs. 2000 from my account at Axis Bank, Keshavpuram/Lawrence Road ATM, New Delhi-110035

I had only withdrawn Rs. 2000 from my Axis Bank account but not Rs. 4000. The balance has to be Rs. 6604 but not Rs.4604.

Please find the details and do the needful as sooner as possible
