I am having a saving bank account at Axis Bank, after transferring my account from Rishikesh to Dehradun I could not access my account in bank I complained and got new log in ID and password those password and log in ID couldn't work further I approached to the bank for this matter I was told to contact customer care further I was advised to submit a request in Bank for online PIN generation that too I submitted in bank but in last 15 day's no response and mail from bank. I am disappointed with such lethargic service as this process is taking last two month what bank is claiming the professional service which is in fact very poor.

Bank has to improve the customise service...
