Dear sir

I want to inform you that i am Neeraj Singh S/o Surendra Singh

having account in okhala phase -1 branch. On 2nd june i have last my debit card of a/c no.911010063133992 and customer id-842027875.after that i have applied for new debit card on my new lucknow address, and i have submitted all required documents in indira nagar branch lucknow and also apply for SMS aler on my new contact no.09559997772.But i dont have received my debit card till date, while pin no. is delivered.

when i contact to indira nagar branch then they told to me that my debit card has been returned to delhi okhala phase-1 branch.

Now i want to receive my debit card and chequebook from indira nagar branch, so please do needfull and solve my problem, because i am facing this problem from last 20 days.so please try to understand.
