Dear Sir,

Myself is kailas kore staying at Sion. I was using Axis Bank Credit Card. Two year before i was not recd, bank expenses statement so i called in Bank Call centre and paid my dues after due expenses date only because of statement was not recd. and that time Call centre lady told me she will reverse my late payment charges but next month they charged late payment charges so once again i called in Call center and asked about reversal that time they started arguments with me and blocked my CC. After that i cut that card.

Now after two years and last 3 months i am receiving call for Axis bank and they asking more than 2500/- for settlement. For that also i am ready to settle account in 1000/-. When i chekced my CIBIL report they are put me as a defaulter so i cannot apply loan any where.

The person who called me she is harrsing me her name is 'Pradhna Mane' and contact no is. 022-4039140

she is talking very rough and in office she is always harrsing me.

I wanted to booked complaint against her and bank.

Please help me in this matter.
