I am extremely suprised and disturbed on receipt of the subject mentioned statement for the subject mentioned period.
In the statement one payable transaction has been shown pertaining to the month of 05th December. for Rs.1114.00.
It is to be noted that this transaction was also shown in the monthly statement for the period 01.12.2010 to 01.01. the total dues of which was settled by A/c payee cheque.
No outstanding balance was shown at the opening of this month.
PLEASE CLARIFY:
1 HOW THIS PAID TRANSACTION OF DECEMBER IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTH OF MARCH.
2 IS THERE ANY CONTROL MECHNISM OF YOUR SYSTEM OR IT HAS BEEN WILFULLY INSERTED TO EARN DOUBLE PAYMENT FROM THE CARDHOLDERS?
3 WHAT ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AT YOUR END TO REGULARISE THIS TRANSACTION.
PLEASE TREAT THIS AS PRIORITY ITEM.
