Axis Bank Credit card
Misseling charged Credit card

My credit card no 4718 6101 0025 2809.

I have applied for a Gold credit card of Axis Bank which was free for life as per Bank representative.

I came to know that it is not free and its chargable when I received the first statement.

The Banks has charged Annual fee, Joining fee and srvice tax.

I immediately called up banks customer care and lodged the complain. I even requested to cancel the card, which they accepted and lodged the complain.

But actually bank does not cancelled the card and even increasing the outstanding amount with late payment fee, interest and tax.

Now I need a loan for which my CIBIL report is showing negentive report because of this card.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and penalise the bank for wrong doing with customer.
