Unneccesary late fees on credit card

Dear Sir/Madam,

In month of June, I have submitted my Axis Bank credit card (Card No-4718630002263225) payment on 10th of June in morning & same should be credited in card account on or before 14th June, but cheque was not credited in my card account. I have logged complin with bank on 16th June that payment not credited. After my complain payment was credited on 20th June. There was 10 day delay from bank end. Due to this delay, bank is charging late fees. To reverse the late fees I have logged the complain with bank & bank has rejected my request. Again I have logged the request with Bank to cancel my credit card but bank has rejected that request again. Agin bank is charging late fees in month of July.

Please help to get revrse approx 650/- rs late fees on credit card or cancellation of credit card.
