Earlier I was getting AXIS responses at my registered GMAIL email Id but now they have closed my case without informing me and saying that my GMAIL email id not registered with AXIS and they have closed my case because I've replied them using my gmail id and it is not registerd with them. If this is the case, then HOW they were replying me on my GMAIL enmail id earlier for same issue??? HAVE THEY SEEN MY GMAIL EMAIL ID IN THEIR DREAMS??? I am so much frustrate with their IRRESPONSIBLE behavior.
AXIS just hiding its own mistake. Could anyone please let me know how to take action against AXIS? They have done FRAUD with transaction and just closed the case.
