Unable to make train tickets

When i enter for bank's payment for my railway ticket then there is reply that YOUR BANK IS NOT APPROVING YOUR TRANSACTION though i have sufficent balance. i am facing this problem from last 15 days..before this all was ok regularly. please solve my complaint URGENT
