Respected sir,
With reference to above subject I have a saving account (072010100241625) in axis bank vashi branch On Monday 15 November when I checked my account I found there was misused of my account by some online fraud (Vodafone recharge)
On notice in crime I inform the matter to the bank goregoan east branch and brief them unauthorised transaction which is left to loss of Rs 43000 than I request to the bank to block my account but bank officer told me to give me written complaint so immediately I submitted through faxed at 4pm at same branch.
Hence I regard to inform that the bank has not taken any action and I lost Rs 66000 as on 16 November.
This is clearly irresponsibility of bank officers so therefore I request to yourself kindly arrange refund my hard earn money (Rs 66000).
