Hi,
I had made two IMT from Axis Bank Internet banking on my mobile, Usually they send an unique code for cash withdrawal from an ATM. but both time I didn't got any SMS from their end so I was not able to withdraw the money but they have credited Rs 25 each transaction as service charges. When I made a complaint about this to their customer support, their response was poor and they denied to revert the service charge amount. How can they charge service amount while they didn't provide any service. Please help.
