This is let all the consumers know that AXIS Bank is one of the worst bank to operate. They unnecessarily charge for no fault of customer and easily get away. i spend almost 6 months trying to get answer for the deduction done to my account but no response from any of them including supervisors.
I finally pre-closed my loan account. As i was talking to my colleagues yesterday i learnt they have also faced similar issues with AXIS Bank and is unable to get response.
They give hundred and one promises before they sell their product and then customer has to chase them up once they sell.
