I had applied for online platform for my demat account since I am having a demat in axis for the last three years, but due to delay in their service I have to suffer a huge loss and till today iti s not opened. If they cann't provide customer service then why they establish such company. I wouldhardly suggest anybody to open any type of account in Axis Bank or Axis Direct. Please donot allow such company to provide public service since they cann't.
