I have a policy of Bajaj Allianz IGAIN having policy no. 0138039595. I have requested several times through e-mail, through phone and through courier to generate my OPIN. But these people are very in-sensitive in responding properly. They always make false commitment. As a result of which I am making this complain.

So, you are requested to look into the matter and help in getting my OPIN at the earliest.
