Non reciept of insurace policy

I had apllied for insurance of my 2 wheeler on 7 feb at Manan bajaj maninagar Ahmedabad. I have not received and policy till date 5 April.

I had called many times to the agent who has not given any satisfactory answer to me.

Please help me in this regard
