Hi. I am holding 10 Policies of Bajaj Allianz. Despite being having Direct Debit facility, I faced problems in making my premium on time. Result of which turned into lapse of my Policy No. 0000958458. I being asking for change of address for last 3 years thru emails and phone calls, that also not been updated.
