It is respectfully submitted that i applied the above said policy of bajaj allianz, policy came to my home and when i read the policy, the terms and conditions were not acceptable to me and I immediately applied for free look cancellation of this policy on company's customer care phone no. 1800225858. and I submitted the documents to Mr. Rahul Pathania at company's branch office at Bathinda on 12-10. He assured me that full value of premium paid will be credited at my bank account and he also given me his mobile number for any problem. After a week when I contacted him he replied me that policy can not be cancelled and he returned the documents to me. Sir I contacted with customer care of company phone no. 1800225858 but no satisfactory response is given to me. kindly issue direction to Bajaj Allianz for free look cancellation of above said policy.
