BAJAJ OTG
Inefficient technician

We have recently purchased Bajaj OTG from TNAGAR groma it is preheating sysytem not working.

We are doing it in manuall mode. we made a complaint techniciant came and he has broken the time adjustment system and then he never retun back to replace them . we are waiting for last one month no reply.

please suggest me what to do.
