I have an issue with my Bajaj OTG Grill. I had raised a complaint No: 804585 on 16/Dec. They sent a technician Mani (Mobile No: 9743179887). He had come and removed the entire heating coil sets and took them along with him. Whenever I call him, he will tell he will come next week. After 3 -4 calls, he stopped picking up the calls.
Again I had called the customer care on Jan. They have given another service center number. I had called them and given the complaint no: 239744. They sent the same person Mani. He came and did something and told he has brought different coil and he told he will again come with the correct coil and gone. Same issue repeating again.
Again I have called the customer care. They told the ticket no: 804585 had already closed. Hence they wanted to raise a new complaint no 1029395 on 28/02. First of all I don’t know how can one closed the ticket without fixing the issue?
The customer care people don’t bother about the old ticket. They wanted to raise a new ticket no: 1029395 and told they will send some senior technical person. There is no information about the issue on the ticket. That guy Mani didn’t update anything. Then how came the new senior technician will come up with the proper spares to fix the issue. He will also do the same thing.
One thing is clear you are running a useless customer care and service.
Now can anyone tell me what to do now with the OTG Grill?
Is there any way to escalate the issue?
Else tell me very clear you will not do anything, then I’ll through the OTG to any of the nearby Bajaj office and go for a branded OVEN/GRILL.
