I completed my loan on 19-12 by paying amt Rs24300/-(DD From SBI KAKINADA, DD NUMBER 956530). Bajaj finanace people in kakinada given Loan completion certificate also.
But the problem is when I applied for personal loan for emergency medical treatment, bank people taken CIBIL report for my PAN number and there for my Two wheeler loan the status given as WRITTEN OFF.
Immediately I called to customer care and enquired about it and they said there is a Rs 822/- due for my proposal number 469073395. The request number is A0371292
Immediately I paid that amount at kakinada BAJA AUTO FINANCE on 13-04
(BOOK NUMBER -138661 AND RECIEPT NUMBER - AF13216514).
Because of CIBIL report status i.e. WRITTEN OFF my loan application was rejected. As U people know what is the impact of that status report.
When I cleared the loan what ever amount bajaj finance peolpe said and if there is any dues after that should be intimated to me. But that was not happend with out any intimation of dues bajaj finanace people simply given the satus of my two wheeler loan as Written off. Beacuse of that I suffered mentally and physically.
I have sent so many mails to [email protected] and [email protected] but there is no use and they have given reply that

So later I called to customer care and they have taken the complaint and given complaint number-A0387603, and said it will take 60-90days for changing CIBIL report status.
So please look in to this matter and take necessary steps to take necessary action against bajaj finance people. And tell me how i can proceed further.
