Non receipt of NOC & RC Book

I had purchased a Bajaj Scooty on 21.5.04 vide BAFL from Chennai. My loan proposal no is 59037 dt: 21.5.04

The loan has been paid in full long back as per the PDC's handed.

I have to sell my scooter for which the loan repayment certificate NOC and RC is needed urgently. The Chennai numbers are not known.

The loan repayment letter/certificate can be mailed on my mail id
