On 20the Nov I booked an order for Set Of 2 Stylish Polar Fleece Jackets vied order No 6778132 which was approved on 21 Nov and dispatched to me thorough Blue Dart and received on 25the Nov. On opening the packet found one jacket is short. I Immediately intimated the matter to rediff shopping as well as Ojjas Enterprizes. Ojjas Enterprizes confirmed thorough mail that my complaint is right and assured me to sending the same to me at earliest. But the awaiting jacket is not delivered to me till date i.e 3.1.2012.. Pl do thee needful to sort out thee matter at thee earliest.
