Dear Sir,

I had purchased one portable mp3 player from Ojjas Enterprizes shopping & the Merchant was Ojjas Enterprizes (100168) has delivered defective product to me, then I revert back that same product with same curieer & I was try to get into touch but I haven't got any reply from merchant, and also tred to call that (ojjas) merchant, but nobody is picking up the phone or replying back.
