Regarding Bank Pass Book & Activation of Net Banking

Sir,

Unfortunately I have lost my saving account passbook and i have not issued ATM Card thats why i am facing so many problem i am not able to deal with my own account. so that I went to bank 5-6 times in last 30-45 days but there is no response they say printer is not working they took application and they say again and again that come after 2-3 days. after that i decided i will work by Net Banking so again i reached to bank 2 times but now they are saying that the person who takes application is on leave. i got fully tired and i don't know what should i do. main thing is that they doesn't respond and one more thing that their printer is not working from last 2 months. why are they working they should close bank.please help me.
