Bata
Misued the creditcard twice

Hi,

I brought a shoes in bata 24-July sunday. Actual price of the shoe was 3199. they have done two transactions on my card. one for 319 and another one for 3199. If i had not received the sms from icici bank about two transactions i would have lost my money. I called up bata and checked that they now agree that by mistake they have swiped it... if i had not gone back and checked with them.. i would have lost my money...

I want to teach them a lesson... that they need to be very cautions..let me know what i can do to them...
