I am residing at 005, Parivar Shanbhag appt, Sarvobhoumanagar, Aarekeri, BG Road Bangalore-76.
Today the electricity Current for my Flat was disconnected because of non payment of bill before the due date or 8th April. I informed the BESCOM employee that I would be making immediate online payment on which he insisted that I need to give him a cheque of the bill amount plus additional Rs 50 in Cash. I refused to pay him on which he disconnected the electricity connection to my flat. He was very arrogant and threatning in his tone so I did not engage in talks with him but let him do what he wanted.
The Employees name was Muniappa. I want to make sure that his superiors are aware of this issue and action needs to be taken against him.
