Unauthorised use of electricity

A construction coming up near 2nd cross, S.R. Krishnappa gArdens, opp: mutton shop is not using protective cover for construction thus exposing the public to hazard. And further they are using unauthorised electricity from the near by pole may be through the collusion of Bescom linemen. This sorts of things happen every now and then and no body cares since the oficial colusiion. Deepak
