My name is HIREN K PATEL... I have booked health insurance policy ONLINE from bharati axa gen insu co on 8 january paid by credit card... confirmation of payment received...

BUT i have not received policy, recipt and required other documents till today i.e. 15 march... i have contacted callcentre many times but without any firm action on complaint... MY POLICY NO IS... Q0020443
