We had served a notice to disconnect almost 43 of our corporate connections wiring emails to [email protected] but subsiquently the disconnection notices are not accepted by the Customer Care on the grounds that the respective account manager has stopped them to accept as he is afraid of loosing his jobs for such large account disconnections. But however we cannot consider individuals parameters as huge amount is blocked month on for these numbers.
We took the extreme step to disconnect the numbers on the grounds of poor billing and not meeting the expectations of tariff plan change and on poor customer support after sales. We have migrated these 43 connections amost Tata Docomo & Idea Cellular.
