Awaiting check after surrendering the policy

I Priti, holding BhartiAXA policy, would unfortunately like to state that I am very disappointed with the services provided by BhartiAXA. I surrendered my policy & gave the request for returning my dues on Oct 16th. I was told that I will receive the cheque within 15 working days, but now it is a month and every time I call, I am told to wait for another 12 working days. On insisting to speed up, I am first told to wait for another 7 working days, then 2 working days and will get a call back from BhartiAXA. This is the same story I am being told every alternate day I call by atleast ten of your customer care executives till date.

I was assured by Mr. Dominic that I will have my cheque in hand by Nov 12th. But after my last conversation with him on Nov 10th he is avoiding my call and not willing to talk to me at all. My call is being placed on hold for 15 mins and no one attends after talking once.

I really have no idea now on how to proceed in this matter.
