Not giving the information regarding payments & returns of HDFC

I am sorry to inform you that my pay back was due on 28-3 your branch had despatch the cheque to HDFC LTD thrice but cheque had return back to rupnagar branch. Since 1 year had passed i had not received the payment nor rupnagar branch had intemated for the same. that HDFCLTD is not excepting the cheque as i have hypothicated my policy withHDFC LTD as a guarantee against my loan.

I request if HDFLTD is not excepting please send the cheque to my address.
