Efund my Rs 119 fine due to birla sunlife insurance mistake

I am Policy holder of “Supreme life death benefit A” and my Policy no is 000919116, I activated ECS Payment in Jan and my last premium payment was 20 Jan which is successfully finished, but still from Birla sunlife insurance side next ECS request was gone in my saving bank branch (janakalyan sahakari bank, bhandup (E) and because of insufficient money in my saving account they charge me Rs 119 fine.

In policy it is written that premium payment is for five years then still birla sunlife insurance ask for next ECS Payment in my saving branch

ideally birla sun life insurance have to deactivate my ECS automatically in their system or they have to cal me before deducting my ECS premium which was not done from there side, I sent mail to client service on 27.2.12 and also sent hard copy letter to on following address

6 th Floor, Vaman center, Makhwana road, off Andheri -kurla road, near Marol naka, andheri (E) Mumbai- 400059, But still no reply has come from them

i am requesting to bank manager to deactivate my ECS status from your side as I completed my last premium and please refund my Rs 119 which was cancel from my saving bank because of Birla sunlife insurance mistake
