Dear Sir,

I have purchased a policy from you in January (the policy no is 004632233) but not received the policy bond on time after so many visits to your Chandigarh Branch I have received a policy bond that to in duplicate which I don't like at all

After seeing the policy bond I am not satisfied with the policy therefore I have submitted the policy for free look which you have denied now you tell me where is my fault you have given me duplicate bond where is my original bond please process my free look otherwise I go in legal court against you
