Worng ECS Debit

Dear sir/ Madem,

sir in the period of February i had two investments with Birla sunlife Mutual fund and Principal Mutual fund, both were SIP of Rs. 1000/- each.

Sir as per my bank record (Bank of Baroda SB/A. 29610100001928 Vaishali Nager Branch Jaipur) in the month of feb. 2008 there are two ECS withdrawal under ECS sequence no.

2005013463 and

2005171716 one is with Principal MF and second is with Birls sunlife MF.

And in the month of March there are three ECS withdrawal under sequence no.

2005555132 (Dated 03-03) Birla sulife MF

2005610791 (Dated 05-03) Principal MF

2005751385 (Dated 07-03) Birla sunlife MF

sir when i went to Birla sunlife MF office and told them all the story they requested me for the period of 7 days to solve the matter,

after 7 days the gave me a letter under mentioned that in the month of Feb. 2008 we send ECS debit request to Bank of Baroda but bank refused the request with reply NO SUCH ACCOUNT so that in the month of March we made two withdrawal.

and the same time bank of baroda also gave me a letter that we have given money to Birla sunlife MF in the month of Feb. 2008

Sir now my matter is still pending from last two years without conclusion please help me out for such problem
