I have been offered to convert my total outstanding into EMI's by telebanking around 20th April and came to my residence on 26th April to collect the cancellation cheque and fill ECS form
...ever since my it was neither converted into EMI nor returned back my ECS form and cheque.
i have called your customer support around 4th of June to confirm whether the EMI convertion has applied... they said it is not yet done... this might take some more days... as your request came to them after genarating bill... so i have paid the min amount on 6th of June 09
i have called your customer support again in the month of July, to confirm whether the EMI conversion is done or not... i did not get any reply from Barclay bank untill the due date... so i did not pay the bill on the due date... later i got a calls from your recovery department saying that i am due for the bank... i have explained the same thing. i have received a call again on 9th or 10th of July saying the same... i have explained the whole story to here... finally she said she is converting it into 12 EMI's and the EMI amount would be Rs.5907 per month, i have paid the 1st EMI on 11th of July 09 of Rs.5910 through online...
When i looked at the bill of Aug... it shows lot of charges and late payment fees... etc...
after seeing the bill i have called the customer support on 2nd Aug 09, here is the case #CAS2110768...
i would appreciate if you could go through the case and get back to me with the solution.
i can pay in the next moment once this issue is cleared.

i have raised compaint in the level 2... on one cares... really reduculous service... and they were forcing me to do the settlement, which i have denied... i was requesting them to reverse the charges leavied on my card ever since the issue started... i would be happy to pay all the total outstanding what i am supposed to pay... and clear close.
