Infernal language used

SBI credit card officials have been calling me up time and again offering me a credit card. After having submitting the requisite documents I get a call from a customer care official who claims that he was the one who was initially interacting with me and another person from his office had taken up my case without informing him. I politely told him he should sort issues by himself and not involve me. This person got wild and started abusing me left right and answer. After asking his credentials he came up with a name as Davinder. The number he called from was 011-66211300. The derogatory and infernal language he used makes me think that in a world of consumerism we have SBI as a bank who recruits smart people like him and trains them to talk in such a way. Well from my side a big no no to SBI and would not recommend the same to anybody.
