Non compliance of tds deduction in form 26 AS

State Bank of India, Merauli Road, Gurgaon (Haryana) deducted TDS amount of Rs. 13, 500 from my Sr. Citizen Saving Accounts 30045907183, 30818232066 & 31003713258 respectively during financial year 11 but the same has not been passed on to Income Tax Depptt. as per form no.26 AS. Only amount Rs.10, 125 is reflected in my Form 26AS whereas an amount of Rs. 3, 375 is not reflected in my Form 26AS. I have been taken up the matter with authorities of SBI, MR, Gurgaon for last two months and followed up regularly but in vain. They only say that there ference has been made to their Charter Accountant.
