Not sending report in prope

I applied online with net banking fees payment for CIR to CIBIL

they are not sending report correctly, there is no time limit to get the CIR or not mention in the website

" I unable to know my credit status but the unknown persons easily get my credit status for some money " " My personal sold by some body with out knowing me"

what the RBI / Indian Govt doing

they sold out right to the MNCs in the face of INDIAN Bankers
