Nuisance wrong calls from CITI BANK

Sir/Madam

I am not having any loan account with CITI Bank. Someone has given my mobile number for his account opening. That person had defaulted for his outstanding. Hence, I am getting calls from the bank on frequent basis for the past two years asking for 'Mr. RAMESH KUMAR'. I have told several times to the bank to verify the concerned person account details but no steps were taken from their end.

I am receiving calls from number 918030910300. Caller asks for 'Mr. RAMESH KUMARA'. I told them that it was wrong call; usually I am receiving calls at office working hours; which is very much disturbing.

This frequent nuisance calls from the Bank creates great agony to me and wasting my time also.

Please take appropriate action against the bank
